Dr. Rachel Yager is the founder of FortuneTimes Group (FTG), a New York management consulting firm that accelerates international business growth – in startups and Fortune 500 companies – with state-of-the-art business techniques, emerging technologies, and global best practice.
Dr. Yager is elected as board of director on several non-profit organizations. She serves on the Board of Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business, as its Northeastern Regional Representative in the United States of America. As the CEO/Director of Friends of NTU (Nanyang Technological University of Singapore), she manages the fundraising charity for her alma mater. As the faculty trustee of Metropolitan College of New York, she is the sounding board for faculty and student life matters. Dr. Yager also serves on the program committee of the IEEE Symposium on Computational Intelligence for Financial Engineering and Economics. In addition, she leads the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) advisory committee in early technology adoption for the financial services industry. She is knowledgeable in external partnerships and international collaborative efforts, including European Commission research consortium, emerging markets, and Asia economic growth projects.
Passionate in teaching and learning, Dr. Yager is a professor and has created MBA, Financial Services, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science programs for tertiary institutions in the United States. She is a certified examiner and leads institutional initiatives in international business program accreditations and online distance education program developments, achieving academic standards for the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), Accreditation Council for Business Schools & Programs (ACBSP), The Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC), and Quality Matters (QM).
Dr. Yager has experience directing strategic initiatives on business growth and emerging technologies for major financial services and technology institutions such as Lehman Brothers, AIG and Citigroup, as well as Lucent Technologies, Thomson Consumer Electronics and Schneider Electric.
Dr. Yager earned her Ph.D. in Computer Information Systems and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Automation and Operations Management – supported by a scholarship from the French Ministry of Education – L’Association Nationale de la Recherche et de la Technologie (ANRT) and Schneider Electric (global specialist in energy management and automation, headquarter in Paris) – from INSA, Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, France. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.

Named an Alfred P. Sloan Fellow by the Sloan School of Management at M.I.T., in 1988, Dr. Zalman also earned a Doctorate in Education, and a Master of Arts in Teaching in Bilingual Education, from Northwestern University.
Dr. Zalman’s experience spans over thirty years in the private sector as a Human Resources and Operations executive in Financial Services, Pharmaceutical and Automotive industries, with such organizations as: MassMutual Insurance, American Savings and Loan, Countrywide Financial Services, Warner-Lambert, USCI Bard, Zoecon, Sandoz Pharmaceuticals, Roussel-UCLAF Holdings, ElectroOptix, Cummins Engine, and Brown, Root & Braun Engineering.

A graduate of Selcuk University in International Relations (2008), Ferhat Dastan received his MBA, in General Management, from the School of Business at Metropolitan College of New York, in 2013. A native of Turkey, Mr. Dastan’s experience includes Administration, Sales and Marketing, Project Management, Client Relationship Management and Media Management. As Chief Operations Officer of Fortune Times Group, Mr. Dastan has overall strategic and operational responsibility for all FTG programs, and oversees the delivery of products and services to clients, worldwide.
